NFC offers two online services to manage your agency's personnel information . . . the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) initiative and the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) system.

Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI)

EHRI is an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) initiative to maintain a data warehouse and personnel information for your agency to conduct workload analysis, staffing projections, and other resource management analysis. EHRI will ultimately allow for transfer of data between the losing agency and the gaining agency when an employee transfers from one department to another department. EHRI will interface with the Retirement Systems Modernization being implemented by OPM, thus allowing retirement data to be processed more quickly and provide initial full annuity compensation to retired employees faster in the future. NFC works with OPM on behalf of its customers to provide data feeds to EHRI.

Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) System

The eOPF system allows you the capability of imaging current documents maintained in the employee's personnel folder thus allowing your agency and employee online access to this data. As new actions are processed, electronic files can be provided from the personnel and payroll systems used by you to update eOPF with the latest data for employees. NFC provides these files to eOPF for the participating agencies that are payrolled by NFC.
