As a Shared Service Center, we fully support the near-term and long-term goals of the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Human Resource Line of Business (HRLOB) conceptual design. Our future offerings will be expanded to include services and technologies that are both substantive and innovative in approach. As the conceptual design continues to evolve, so will the solutions we have to offer you.
As part of our long-term strategy, we are partnering with private and public sector entities to support competency management, position management, job analysis and sourcing, candidate evaluation and selection, employee performance management, and employee development needs assessments with our skilled, experienced staff.
