Our Human Resources System Suite
NFC's HR system suite provides a solution of integrated applications allowing you to obtain core system services with supporting related HR operational services. Following is a more detailed look at our HR system suite.
EmpowHR
An Oracle/People Soft-based Human Capital Management System, EmpowHR is an integrated suite of commercial and Government applications that can be leveraged to automate common administrative tasks associated with HR management and reduce internal operational costs using industry best practices.
Payroll/Personnel System (PPS)
A Government-owned system used by customer human resources offices providing personnel action processing, position management, benefits processing, payroll, payroll accounting, tax reporting, employee debt management, standard and ad-hoc reporting. The Entry Processing Inquiry and Correction (EPIC) system is used by many of our customers to process personnel actions, benefits, and payroll-related documents.
System for Time and Attendance Reporting (STAR)
A time-keeper friendly Web-based application that enables our customers to enter, edit, correct, and transmit employee time and attendance reports.
Employee Personal Page (EPP)
A Web-based application providing employees ease of use access to their personal information and an ability to make changes (employee self-service) to their salary and benefit information.
Reporting Center (RC)
A low-cost, highly secure, Web-based reporting tool containing human resource/personnel, financial, sensitive, and non-sensitive data.
